How Lodge my grievance online with BSNL?

You can lodge your grievance online with BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) by following these steps:

1. Visit the BSNL Selfcare portal at https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in/.
2. If you are a new user, click on "Register" and follow the registration process. If you are an existing user, click on "Login" and enter your details to log in.
3. Once you are logged in, click on "Customer Care" and then click on "Grievance Redressal".
4. Click on "Register Grievance" and select the service type, circle, and category.
5. Enter your contact details and the details of your grievance.
6. Click on "Submit" to lodge your grievance.

You will receive an acknowledgement number that you can use to track the status of your grievance.
