Patta, FMB (Field Measurement Book), Chitta, and TSLR (Town Survey Land Register) Extracts are important land records in India. Here are the steps to view and download them online in Tamil Nadu:
Visit the Tamil Nadu e-District portal at https://edistricts.tn.gov.in/.
If you are a new user, click on the "New User? Register Here" button and create an account by providing your details such as name, mobile number, email id, etc. If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Revenue Department" tab on the homepage.
Under the Revenue Department, select the option "View Patta Copy/ A-Register Extract/ View FMB/ Chitta/ TSLR Extract."
Enter the required details such as district, taluk, village, and survey number to get the details of your land.
Once the details are displayed on the screen, click on the "View" button to see the Patta/FMB/Chitta/TSLR extract.
To download the extract, click on the "Download" button and save the PDF file to your computer.
