How to apply EB connection in Tamilnadu?

To apply for an EB (Electricity Board) connection in Tamil Nadu, you can follow the below steps:

1. Visit the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board website: https://www.tangedco.gov.in/
2. Click on the "Online Services" option from the menu bar and select "New Service Connection" from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the "Apply Now" button under "New Service Connection."
4. Fill in the required details such as your name, address, phone number, email id, etc. in the application form.
5. Upload the necessary documents such as proof of identity, proof of address, and building plan approval, if required.
6. Pay the requisite fee for the connection application using the available payment options.
7. Submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.

After submitting the application form, the TNEB officials will verify the details and conduct a site inspection. If everything is found to be in order, the connection will be granted within a few days.
