How to Apply for Issue of NOC to Abstract Ground Water (NOCAP)

 To apply for the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Abstract Ground Water (NOCAP), you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Central Ground Water Board (CGWB) website at http://cgwb.gov.in/.
2. Click on the "NOCAP" tab in the main menu.
3. Click on the "Apply for NOC" link.
4. Register as a new user by filling in your personal details and creating a username and password.
5. Log in with your username and password.
6. Fill in the online application form with all the required details, such as your name, address, the purpose of the abstraction, the source of abstraction, the location of the proposed abstraction, and the proposed quantity of groundwater abstraction.
7. Upload all the necessary documents, such as proof of identity, proof of address, and a map showing the location of the proposed abstraction.
8. Pay the prescribed application fee online.
9. Submit the application form and wait for the NOC to be issued.
