How to View Status of your Grievance , MDWS

 To view the status of your grievance filed on the MDWS (Ministry of Jal Shakti - Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation) portal, you can follow the steps given below:

1. Visit the official MDWS portal at https://pgportal.gov.in/ or https://jalswaraj.gov.in/.
2. Click on the "Public Grievances" option from the menu bar.
3. Click on the "View Status" option from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your grievance registration number in the given field.
5. Click on the "Submit" button.
6. The status of your grievance will be displayed on the screen.

You can also track the status of your grievance by using the unique grievance ID provided to you at the time of registration.
