How to complain in Rail Madad Portal

To file a complaint in Rail Madad portal, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Rail Madad Portal at https://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in/.
2. Click on the "Register Complaint" tab on the homepage.
3. Enter the details such as your name, mobile number, email address, PNR number, train number, coach number, and seat number.
4. Select the nature of the complaint and provide a brief description of the issue.
5. Upload any relevant documents if required.
6. Enter the captcha code and click on the "Submit" button to submit your complaint.

Once you have submitted your complaint, you will receive an SMS and email acknowledging the receipt of your complaint. You can also track the status of your complaint on the Rail Madad portal.
