You can lodge a complaint online with the National Consumer Helpline portal in the following steps:

  1. Visit the National Consumer Helpline website: https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/
  2. Click on the "File a Complaint" button on the homepage.
  3. Select the appropriate option to register as a consumer, choose your state and district, and then click on "Submit".
  4. Fill in the required details of the complaint such as the name of the company, the product or service, the date of purchase, the complaint description, etc.
  5. Upload any relevant documents or images to support your complaint.
  6. Provide your contact details such as name, address, email id, and phone number.
  7. Agree to the terms and conditions and click on "Submit".

Once you have lodged the complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt with a complaint number. You can use this number to track the status of your complaint online. The National Consumer Helpline will also forward your complaint to the concerned company or authority for resolution.
